Tonight was my weigh in and measurements night to see how much progress I have made in the 11 weeks since I have been working with my personal trainer. Kendra is a senior at the university in their exercise science program. She is leaving for Christmas break and will not be back until Jan. 5. I will miss her! We make a great team! She listens to my goals and helps me put together a program to get there. And she praises me for getting there! Okay! Okay! I know, blah, blah, blah . . . get to the numbers!!! geez!
In 11 weeks I lost 25 lbs.!!!!
Lost 4 inches off my hip
Lost 3 inches off my waist
Lost 2.5 off my thigh
Lost a little over an inch off my bicep!
I gained muscle
I gained confidence
I learned that I can run suicides
I learned I really love to lift heavy weights
I learned I do not like to do the stair stepper
I learned that I do like the results of doing the stair stepper
I have gained core strength
I have regained my balance and stability
I started running
I registered to run a 1/2 Marathon
What a difference a semester makes!!! One school semester for Kendra has helped me change the trajectory of my life!
Okay, this last part will be a journaling of my daily food consumption. I am in a challenge to help me stay on my Clean Eating program. So, you can stop reading now.

That is my day of food! I pack a huge lunch bag every day filled with all my little yummies and fill a 32 oz thermos twice at work. Plus the water I drink at home. I feel pretty good about what I am doing for my body and health right now. I'm supposed to be eating 1800 calories, but I have trouble hitting that mark and tend to feel satisfied around 1500-1600 calories.
