What an easy equation! I've been a little water retentive lately. I am so sodium sensitive. My food choices have been good, but alas, I gained three pounds of fluid in two days! Blah!

So, I am so happy that the weather in Indiana is warmer than usual for the middle of December! It was 40 degrees today! I got up early and walked three miles before work. During my lunch break I rode my bicycle 4 miles. After work I ran two miles with my husband. We then went to the gym and played a little basketball and to the weight room to lift! My energy is still pretty high! I feel great. But I'm heading to bed early tonight. So, short blog!

Day 3 of 2 week food challenge:

Breakfast:
Frittata - 1 egg + 1 egg white, turkey sausage, sundried tomato, spinach
1/2 a grapefruit

Snack 1:
Apple
Sunflower Seed Butter

Lunch:
Homemade Cranberry/Orange/Pecan Whole Wheat Scone
1 Tangerine

Snack 2:
1 oz. chevre cheese
4 whole wheat crackers
1 tangerine

Dinner:
1 cup basamati rice
3.5 oz. tilapia
1 cup green beans
3 cloves of garlic in olive oil

Drank lots of water. Got lots of exercise and fresh air!
