Day 4 of 2 Week Food Challenge

A less than stellar day. Started off good and had good intentions. Our son is home from college and his girlfriend is spending a couple days with us before she heads home to Nebraska. So, I thought it would be nice to take them out for a little Christmas shopping and go to lunch. The restaurant I had selected was packed! I had already decided what I wanted to order and was all ready to enjoy without over indulging. I asked them if there was somewhere else they would like to go and they selected Buffalo Wild Wings. Urgggg! I don't know the menu and I'm way over hungry at this point! (Dangerous Combination). We decided to get a couple appetizers to share instead of individual meals. A plate of nachos and a basket of fries with chili and cheese . . . so not on my 'clean' foods. So full of toxic stuff my body does not need. I digress, I ate it, it's done, no excuses.
Steel Cut Oats
1 TBSP dark chocolate chips
Homemade Cranberry/Orange/Pecan Scone
1 Hard boiled egg
Nachos with cheese and jalapenos
French Fries with chili and cheese
4 Celery Stalks
1 TBSP Sunflower Seed Butter
I am sooo glad I logged my nutrition before dinner! I would have gone way over my calories and sodium content. I am on the higher end of my calories today. Doing the 30 day shred tonight and drinking lots of water to balance out my choices today. Tomorrow is a new day with new choices to be made. I look forward to the challenge.
