The Greatest Gift

Hi guys,

I had absolutely no intention of posting tonight and to be perfectly honest just finished up a Christmas Eve that had far more calories than I care to admit to myself, nevermind others but I came home to an email that says I am a SparkPeople Motivator and I cannot even explain how much that made my night (and it's Christmas Eve, let's be honest, a pretty great night already- esp food wise!)

I just had to write and let all of you know absolutely how honored and touched I am that so many people are inspired by my story and the help and advice that I do my best to share. I have said before that I have always wanted to be a nutrition counselor although that is not the career path I am on and that makes this mean that much more to me.

Honestly, I sound like a total sap I'm sure but this award just moved me so much. My journey has been a long hard struggle just like for everyone else and I never could have done it without the help of Spark. There is nothing that makes me more happy than the fact that others feel my contributions to the site are valuable too. I rely on all of you for support and motivation and only find it fair that I give back as much as possible. So thank you all and Merry Christmas to those celebrating and a just as happy everything else to those who are not.
