I'm really not doing so good today. My clothes seem to keep getting tighter. I should be going the other way on the scale. emoticon

    I like Tracee5's answer...water is usually the key. Increase your water intake and see how it makes such a difference!

    Yes, my diet and exercise program are getting a major overhaul. I have always had a problem with the exercise part. But since I've found this site.... I'm looking to turn that around.

    How frustrating!! Maybve you just ate too much salt yesteday?? It's probably just water weight. Don't sweat it. Try drinking more water? Don't let it get you down, it's a very small bump in your long journey. Which let me tell you is very motivating!! Congrats on your loss!!

    yeh, It's the Holidays, we feel that way...My stomach feels like it's getting bigger & bigger, after the New Year-things will settle, We will just start again....It's a long jouney...
