2010 and Bootcamp!

Well - it's time to get back into the swing of things.....I signed up for bootcamp because commitment seems to keep me accountable. Not gonna lie - I have used several SP videos and Jump Start is by far my least favorite. Probably because even though I have dropped 35 pounds - I am still very chesty and jumping makes me feel like I am going to have two black eyes when I am through!!! BUT - I sucked it up and re-vamped my movements a little and I got through it!! I am glad we only do that one once a week! Bootcamp with keep me going in the right direction and I had started to slip a little on my program during the holidays. I didn't gain any weight - but I didn't lose either. I have about 15 more pounds to lose and I needed to get back on track. So - I will do bootcamp for the month of January and then see where I am for February. I have high hopes for 2010 - Bootcamp is a great way to start the year out right.
