The holidays are over...

And here we go again! I started again with my husband yesterday, and I already lost all the weight I had gained. (Well, except for 0.8 lb) I spent my life peeing yesterday, lol! I am pretty sure it was all water weight. Having my husband home over the last two weeks for his school's holiday break really put a damper on my water drinking/eating.

I guess I didn't do as poorly as I thought because I didn't gain it all back in pounds! I am starting where I stopped. WOOT!

I changed my weight loss goal to 198 by June 26th (my friend's wedding). I'd love to be below 200 by then! I believe I can do it. I'm at 239 now, so 41 lbs in about 5.5 months, Totally reasonable.

I started reading The Spark, and wow, what a motivator!!! I can't wait to finish it so I can get started.

    You really can do that it's a great goal!

    My hubs is a teacher and when he's off during the breaks it is SOOO much harder to keep up the routine! So, I totally get what your saying!
