While it has only been 4 days of Bootcamp, it is doing just what I had hoped. Building momentum. I had gotten just a little away from my healthy habits...and accountability in knowing I had committed to bootcamp has me back on track. I have gotten up early to do the videos before work - done the required cardio throughout the day. I was even able to do my regular strength training yesterday along with everything else. I have also done all of the optional challenges. I feel the momentum building....and hopefully that will continue through the end of January and beyond!!! Yeah SP---Thanks!!
