Spark People, Spark Your Body Bootcamp

So far so good /w/ SP Bootcamp. It started on January 3rd, Sunday & today I completed Day 6 of the bootcamp. I did all the workouts, plus I added my own exercises to the bootcamp. I also belong to other teams that my leaders give the exercises to complete daily, so I add those to my workouts. I've been a busy bee lately/w/ the workouts. I must lose the weight I gained a couple of months ago. I am slowly, which makes me a happy camper.
My yoga exercises, which I do daily, given by my trainer, from OMY team, has done the trick for me. I see the improvement since I added yoga to my routine.
I also added balance pods /w/ some of the yoga poses, & I know they are working for me. I did mention this on my other blog. I just wanted to share the info & tell everyone, that yoga does work on how the body looks. It took a good 2 months to really notice a change.
I highly recommend yoga. But you need to be patient to see results.
