Bootcamp Week One----Ouchie Ouchie Ouchie!!

Well - I survived the week. I must say I am a little surprised that I am so sore. I do strength training 3 times a week and have for months. I do cardio of some sort every single day. But - Gosh - Coach Nicole's videos are killing me!!! I know I must be using different muscles or at the very least, moving them in a different way....but the day after a new video I am sore in a new place! But my guess is that 3 weeks from now I will be thanking Coach Nicole and Coach Denise!!! emoticon

    I work out almost every day, so was a smart alec -- did the routines three times, and used weights that were too heavy. Of course, now I'm really hurting. In fact, I think I pulled something in my back, and have been icing it for three days. Now I'll need to rest it. I'll have to start y bootcamp over again when it's healed. Stupid me. But I do love those workouts.

    Ooooooh! I'm so glad to hear you say this! I thought it was just me! I, too, have been doing strength training 3 days/wk and I've found spots in my body this week of bootcamp that I didn't even know existed.. And, here we "veterans" thought oh, yeah, I can do those "little" 10-min videos- no problem! Hah! Bye, for now. I'm off to find some comfort (maybe a soak in a tub of warm water) before trying to do that darn "little" cardio video in the morning!
