I hate nerf guns. Point blank. I hate them. No school today and lots of boys with nerf guns. 6 kids. I'm tired. Had a good day though. Made some body products, a charm bracelet (my first) for one of my besties. Been a long day, emotionally and just physically..
My friend made a good point here on spark, she reviewed my nutritional tracker and pointed out that my body may be indeed decided to go into starvation mode as some days I didn't get to 1,000. NOW...nutritional tracker is something I do religiously. However, sometimes I think I over-add if I am uncertain. Like today..I had some left overs. 1/2 a cup for dinner...but here is the Hamburger Helper Nut. Label (not that this is healthy, but hey, my family eats it so time to time so do I)
What is with the %? HELLO. Okay, so if you go to MY nutritional page for tonight's dinner, there is NO WAY that my hamburger helper at 1/2 a cup only had this many carbs/fat, let alone calories. So I'm scared to eat more.
I don't know. I'm such a addict, both good and bad. I never stay in the middle, I'm either over or under.
I had a few other people mention that 12 to 16 - 8oz of water without the workout to utilize that may be to the point my body is retaining.
However the most important insight was this......."I haven't gained" I need to keep moving forward no matter what, no matter how slow, how long or how difficult.
If one thing is for certain my spark gals have kept me from falling off the wagon and my friend here who is a "bestie" (I am not a one best friend girl, I have many)

Making jewelry isn't as hard as you would think and it can be very relaxing to string beads and such. I find it quite soothing. What do you do to take your mind off whatever is bothering you? I also love to hike, but I find when I get into a depression slump I don't leave the house, even though I know I should,,,so creativity is something I can do here at home, and facebook of course. (eye roll)
I'm gonna work on some shake recipe's. I love shakes, protein ones. Do you ever search the recipes online? I love them. Today I was just NOT in the mood to eat (this is NOT normal mind you) and of all days when I need to eat more. I made a shake...peanut butter (I buy a certain kind which I will take a pic of and post tomorrow) milk and a packet of Chocolate Weight Watcher Smoothie. It was good. I love shakes.
