Here is my favorite peanut butter collection....

I have 3 I love (the only 3 I have tried)
here is a run down of nutrients, give or take a point
2 TBL serving size
fat 14 grams
sodium 35
Carb 11
Fiber 1
Sugar 7
Protein 6
(typically 1 TBL is enough for me, so I split)
So I'm working on a collection of yummy shakes. I love shakes, when your burnt out and want something different it's a nice break. I want to come up with something easy and not a zillion here on sparkrecipes.
Today I tried a Chocolate Covered Cherry Smoothie
8oz Fat Free Milk
1 TBL Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding Mix
1 tsp Sugar Free Cherry Jello Mix
2 TBL Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter (from company maker above)
Blend all and enjoy.
Okay, so it was not to thick. I planned on waiting 5 min or so to see if it thickened up but it tasted so good I well...drank it. Next time I will add crushed ice as I didn't feel it was cold enough or thick enough. There was also a tiny bit of settlement at the bottom from pudding/jello mix, but it wasn't bothersome. I love chocolate covered cherry's so this gave me a sweet tooth satisfaction taste.
Going to INDY tomorrow overnight on business. Long as I don't go out to eat and gorge on soda I will be fine. Soda at a hotel is like me needing soda with pizza, just kinda goes hand in hand. So I will be sure to bring my own water.
I totally forgot to weigh in today for the biggest loser, so off I go.
