Baked Cinnamon Apple Crumble

3 Tbsp lemon juice
8 apples, thinly sliced and tossed with lemon juice
2 cups rolled oats
¾ cup whole wheat flour
½ cup raisins
1 Tbsp cinnamon
½ cup apple juice
1/3 cup honey
2 Tbsp canola oil


Preheat oven to 350º F. Coat a 9x13-inch glass baking dish with nonstick spray and add the apples. In a large bowl, combine the oats, flour, raisins, and cinnamon. Drizzle with the apple juice, honey, and oil. Mix thoroughly and sprinkle over the fruit. Bake until the apples are hot and tender, approximately 30 to 40 minutes. Serve warm. Top with vanilla ice cream, frozen yogurt, whipped cream, etc.
