I absolutely HATE to sweat! That is the #1 reason I do not like to work out. Yes, I know that sweat is good for you and I know that sweat means you are ridding yourself of toxins, etc., but I hate it! You get all sticky and smelly and just YUCK! But...I DID IT ANYWAY! Yes, I put on my big girl panties and I sweat my bee-hind off! And it felt sooooo good to get some of the stress out! Just let it go! Now, if only someone could improve upon exercise so that no one would ever have to sweat again...LOL!
