I'm the kind of person who likes to weigh herself daily. Even if I don't lose anything, or if I gain a little, I like to watch how I'm doing to make sure I'm on the right track. I always weigh myself in the morning, after I potty and before I eat, and as naked as possible, that way I'm at my lowest weight for the day.
So today I stepped on the scale and I'm down to 210! That's how much I weighed before Christmas and all the holiday eating, so I'm pretty excited about it. Since I'm starting out pretty heavy, it'll probably be pretty easy to drop the first ten pounds or so. Not that I mind, of course. I like how quickly the first few pounds comes off. It's a great motivator!
