I am still trying to get back on track

Thursday, February 18, 2010

I know...I know...JUST DO IT! Sounds simple and I thought it was for a long time...then I stopped and I am having a hard time staying with it. So..........here I come again, back to SparkPeople.

I saw a site that rates different diet programs and you can leave your own review of any program. SparkPeople is one of the programs being rated and reviewed. Check it out and leave your review so everyone can know how great "Sparky World" really is to you . (I did).
