Fubar (I think I have the endurance of Stallone and Russell)

Okay so those that know me, know I have been babying a popped calf.
I just started jogging again on Tuesday after 6 weeks off, my physiotherapist said I could.
It was fine and I kept it to 2 or 3 minute bursts with 5 to 10 minutes in between, let me preface this by saying I did 20 minutes on the elliptical as a warm up and did calf stretches before I hit the treadmill.
Wednesday, same process but 20 minutes in I could feel the familiar pull down below and finished up the cardio with walking and doing a 500 meter on the rowing machine.
Thursday, went to the Physio and he said a few more treatments (He and I thought it was fixed and it was to e my last appointment), went to the massage therapist and she said it was much better than a month ago ... so I figure keep the muscle heated, rest til Monday and I'll be good to go.

NOT - ran down the stairs to the basement because my daughter said her bedroom was flooding (she was a little melodramatic about it as there was some water but not "flooding") as I hit the last stair ... pop goes the muscle.

S**T ... so here I sit at work (that is up 32 stairs with no option but to climb them and bathroom is downstairs and I drink 90 oz of water at work ... that may be reduced today ... lmao) trying to figure out how to get in cardio with out using my legs :)

I think my best option is the rowing machine at the gym because the elliptical (my friend), the bike (hate it unless I am spinning) and the treadmill (my BFF) are not going to be seeing each other for awhile and I went the last 6 weeks without working out and this will not be an option this time.

I have an upper body strength training DVD at home I think I will start using as 1 alternative and doing core/upper body at the gym but I need that cardio ... I am grumpy with out it :( :( :(

Need alternative suggestions for cardio that do not include heavy reliance on my legs or specifically my calf muscles.

Any suggestions :) :)

    Sorry to hear that this is dragging out for so long. We just start to heal so much slower as we get older. Can't really suggest any cardio without using your legs, but definitely keep up the strength training. When your muscle settles down a bit just go walking. Running/jogging might be out for quite a while.
