Ask Me Anything

So I have no idea if anyone even cares but I started a formspring. It's basically a page where people can ask questions of me anonymously and I can answer them. I know most people just ask me questions on my sparkpage, sparkmail, or blogs but in case you are uncomfortable doing that or have a question you don't want associated with you for some reason, you can ask it here:

    I actually did want to ask you a question! but it's not private so here goes:

    What exercises do you do to target your thighs and hips? I seem to have lost the majority of my weight in my upper body, and even a lot in my boobs, but the thighs are still flubby and the hips still wide. Any suggestions?
