Ok, here's a look at how much of a wimp I am. Yesterday, I did most of Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workout video. It's a real challenge for me, and every time I do it, I end up so sore the next day.
And indeed, today I am very sore. I can barely get down the stairs!
I'm making it my goal to keep working on the video until I can get all the way through it without being in pain the next day!
