HELP!!!

Oh my goodness! I am definitely going to have a gain this week! I am on a downward spiral and my shoot isn't opening...not even the emergency! I feel like I have to eat, eat, eat! I have no idea what is going on...maybe it's hormonal or something but you would have thought that I have been starving! Yikes! I know it has nothing to do with my monthly because I just got done with that....I'm a lost ship at sea :( I just need prayer so I can continue on my great journey! Someone throw me a lifeline!

    OMG, I have been like that before!!! Well maybe, when I am like that I dont feel necessarily hungry but I cant stop eating!! I will be doing great on my diet then all of a sudden I will eat something, usually sweet like cake or candy or something(damn trigger foods) and then just feel like I need to keep eating! I am not even hungry! It feels like I could eat FOREVER!! I usually have to distract myself with something and drink lots of crystal lite (water is good but for me doesnt really help when I want to eat my weight in food, that is ALOT of food)!! Do you feel hungry or just like you cant stop eating? I will send you good thoughts!!! I always tell myself "hey stop that, you arent even hungry!!! Why do you need to eat that?"!! I know you can stay strong!!

    Hmmm, I'm no doctor but you may want to get your tyroid checked.
