3 weeks and not one pound lost

This is my 3rd week and I still cannot move the scale down. I work out every day from Mon to Frid for 60 minutes. I must be building muscle. I went to the Doctors today and he took my blood pressure and told me it was perfect and that even though the scale may not be in my favour my blood pressure is . So I am a happy camper and same goes for all you ladies working out hard remember there is always a rainbow at the end of the tunnel God bless

    I have been going through the same thing. Some of my spark friends told me to change things up a little either in my diet or exercise and it seems to be working. I won't know till my weekly weigh in but am optomistic. emoticon

    Hey! That's how I was when I joined Curves, the first THREE MONTHS I only lost 5lbs, but this month I've lost 15lbs! But I had to change my eating habits. Check and see how many calories and stuff you are eating, because that was what was dragging me down.

    would have to have more info to anaylyze why the scale isn't budging, but hang in there!
