Dance for Weight Loss Part 2

Last nights class "Dance your way to Weight Loss" was very enjoyable. I would highly recommend taking any kind of aerobic or dance class if you have the desire. I needed to get back in the swing of exercising and I saw this class offered at our local college. I have always liked to watch dance, but never been good at it and after last nights class it is confirmed that I have two left feet, but it was still fun. I envy the instructor with all her abilities and grace.
Each week a different class is taught. Last night we had the pleasure of Salsa with a Zumba twist. By the end of the class my heart was pounding so hard I thought my chest would explode. I was also sweating up a storm. There is no doubt that I burned some calories. I look forward to seeing what we learn next week. I may even put on some music and practice my moves!
