It's been awhile since I blogged but things have been busy as usual. My husband went back to Kuwait last Friday morning and it feels like I've been playing catch-up every since. The school work just keeps building up and I just can't get ahead again. That along with everyday household things is making me stressed. Needless to say I haven't been doing my diet any justice in the last month and so now I find myself trying to get back on track.
I was complaining today about it and my sister once again said that "you really don't have anything to be worrying about. You look good." It was very sweet of her and she is right I look fine, but I haven't been able to reach my goal and instead of losing I've been gaining lately. So I've decided that my new goal is to get to my goal weight my the end of May, work in the abs, and be ready to run a 5K on the 4th of July. It is also my 15 year class reunion, I'm starting to feel old by just saying that
, but I want to look good. If I do accomplish all my goals, I will be lighter than I was in high school and in better shape
So I guess I'm saying that I'm trying to get back on track and I'll need to quit the late night eating to do so
but I know I can succeed with a little help from my SparkFriends and my own willpower.
