can't forget why i'm doing all this, everyone always asks me "so how much weight have you lost" and i'm like i don't know, and i don't care i'm doing this anyways ... and then they ask me why and my answer is always a mess so here t is ....

Improved Stamina!
- Dance all night, Run and catch that bus, be able to keep up with future children!

Improved Strength!
- Not be a weakling, be able to lift heavy stuff, easily reorganize furniture in house

No Extra Belly Rolls!
- Look way better in my dresses!

Improved Health!
- Less worries about all those problems obesity heart failure high cholesterol high blood pressure whatever it would be awesome to nip those in the butt!

You are absolutely looking at the correct measures of success and establishing reasonable and achieveable goals.

When others ask you how many pounds you've lost, you should tell them that you don't care about your weight, you care about living a healthy lifestyle. The rest takes care of itself over time.

This is a great blog. I think I'll do something similar, so I can refer back to it when I lose my focus and forget the many reasons WHY.

    Thanks for sharing!
