Two steps forward, one step back...

BACK! Here's to taking it one step at a time, one meal at a time, one day at a time!

I've been okay with nutrition, and over the past few weeks I've managed to lose and keep 2 pounds off. The rest... well, we'll take it bit by bit. I've got my ideal weight/shape image carved in my mind and I know it'll take time and work to get there.

Once again, I remember that I'm doing this because it gives me the chance to show the world my inner beauty, and because I want to take care of myself as well as I take care of others.

Also, quite frankly, it'd be great to attract the ideal person into my life :)

    Way to go for jumping back on that wagon! You know you have done it before, you can do it again! This time you don't have as much to lose and know that you have the right tools! Good luck!
