BACK! Here's to taking it one step at a time, one meal at a time, one day at a time!
I've been okay with nutrition, and over the past few weeks I've managed to lose and keep 2 pounds off. The rest... well, we'll take it bit by bit. I've got my ideal weight/shape image carved in my mind and I know it'll take time and work to get there.
Once again, I remember that I'm doing this because it gives me the chance to show the world my inner beauty, and because I want to take care of myself as well as I take care of others.
Also, quite frankly, it'd be great to attract the ideal person into my life :)
