Back to one day at a time

Well for little over the last month I have been binge eating. I tell myself it's ok. because I still look fine, but the scale is starting to say otherwise emoticon
So I've decided to get back to taking it one day at a time. I will do my best each day and be happy with my successes and try not to worry about the defeats. emoticon
Today I have done well. I stayed with in my calorie count, according to SparkPeople, but not the calorie count I would like to have, but it is still a success. I haven't snacked on anything after I told myself I was done for the night and I'm feeling good about myself.
I'm going to continue to do my best and try to keep on top of it by blogging. I figure than I'll have to be accountable for my actions.
