Day 2 and still on track

Well good to my word, I'm blogging again to keep up with my goal to myself to beat my night time eating issue.
I didn't do as good as I wanted to do today, but I once again stayed with my calorie intake. I should have done better but according to SparkPeople I'm doing good.
Another positive thing for the day, I did get my cardio done and it felt pretty good. I even had my son doing a little Taebo with my, which was fun!!
I'll be back again tomorrow and hopefully still on track and lower on the calorie intake
