Well today went great for me. I stayed on track and closer to the calorie mark of where I want to be. I'm surprised I did so well, considering I've been up since around 4:30-5 this morning. My little boy just didn't want to sleep emoticon
The good in all of it was that I did get my cardio in this morning and my body and mind didn't go crazy from lack of sleep:) emoticon
I'll be back again tomorrow and hopefully after a good night's sleep.
