Last night the exercise of the evening in my Spring Fitness Challenge class was Kickboxing. When she first told us this I was not so sure I would enjoy it. I have had back spasms being worked out by my physical therapist so I thought maybe the kicking part would hurt. I was prepared to do a modified version, but was surprised that I was able to do most of the moves without any issues. I'm not quite as bouncy as the instructor, but for my level I do alright.
What I enjoy about these fitness classes is that the instructor takes the time to show us the correct moves, we practise these and then she puts them together in an aerobic type of exercise regime. It has been fun and I work up quite the sweat.
