Now I know some of you are familiar with Meghan Telpner and her wonderful blog Making Love in the Kitchen because I link to it on occasion and have recommended it to many of you in the past for the recipes or health and healing information.

I have been reading Meghan's blog for over a year now and look forward to the daily inspiration to lead a health conscious lifestyle. She writes on a wide variety of topics including recipes, superfoods, cleansing, disease prevention, holistic healing, and more in a friendly and easy to understand way.     Winning the guide would be a great motivator for me to continue my new found journey of eating clean and fixing clean meals for my family.I have a 1 year old baby boy that just celebrated his birthday this week and I am inspired to learn more about superfoods and healthy wholesome eating that will benefit not only me but my family as it grows.
    My fav superfood-cacao.
    I add it to protein shakes,to my milk with some stevia for a hot chocolate in the pm.I also make my own protein bars and bake black bean brownies with it.Love it :)

    I would love to win this ebook! I just started eating clean. I feel better physically, mentally and emotionally. I know I am missing out on key nutrition though and this ebook would help get me there. I am changing my lifestyle and setting a good example for my children, especially my pre-teen daughter. My favorite new superfood is kale. Thank you!

    I would love to win this guide because I feel I am at this time in my life finally realizing that I have neglected my body for so many years, and now I am my own best friend. I want to educate myself in taking care of my body the best way possible, not only for myself but for my children so they can be healthy and pass on what they have learned for future generations.

    My favorite superfood right now is flaxseed. I use it in many of my foods like in my cereals, and greek plain yogurt with blueberries. It's full of omega-3 essential fatty acids, lignans and fiber!

    Fun!

    Favorite Superfood = Spinach! I can't believe how great it is in smoothies, quiches, sauteed with olive oil and vinegar, and in my omelets.

    Why I'd like to win this guide = Two weeks ago I finally made the CHOICE to eat right and healthy. I haven't seen results yet but I'm starting to feel them! I'm hoping to make a big purchase for my pantry of chia seeds, goji berries, and cacao but if I knew the science behind them and what to do with them, I think I actually will place the order and use them daily!

    Yay! I have looked at her blog in the past because of your links - always great info. I've been purging my life of the unnecessary (crappy friends, crappy job, crappy debt, sedentary lifestyle, etc) and cleaning up my diet falls in perfectly with that.

    Such a great collaboration, Kelly!! I am supposed to be on the road, but I had to check in really quick to have a chance to win this amazing guide! I want to win not only to broaden my knowledge on superfoods (& try them out of course!), but I actually do nutrition consultations and I'd love to advise people to include these foods in their diet. It's realistic for me to throw things in a smoothie, but as you said a lot of people enjoy cooking meals and sitting down to eat with their families- and I'd love to find out how to incorporate these things into foods too as I reshape my diet for maintenance. I find out on Monday if I am accepted into a Dietetic Internship Program... How awesome would it be to win the guide too! My favorite superfood is a new discovery- The mighty CHIA seed.
