So here is my challenge. I tried jumping jacks for a team challenge today and I wanted to add them to my fitness tracker. They are not listed under other exercises, but under cardio. However, they only have a listing for vigorous. My jumping jacks are not to the vigorous level at this point in my plan. Someday, when I weigh a bit less and my feet and back aren't feeling as bad. Now that is something to look forward to. I also track these by how many I do, not the amount of time I do them. Any suggestions?
