So far...

Today marks my seven week and I have lost just over 15 pounds. I track all my nutrition and drink plenty of water. I walk as much as I can at work, I ride my recumbent bike a few times a week, and I have increased both my time and my intensity. I recently bought weights that vary between pounds so I can increase my levels of workouts. I also try to get in variable exercises at home and at work. I'm lucky enough to have a server room where I can go a few times a day and do some wall pushups, squats and calf raises. I have signed up for fitness classes at my local college and have gone from barely making it through to doing ok.

I can see myself improving on multiple levels. I have to continue with the motivational talks and give myself credit for all the positive changes I have made. Some days are easier than others, but in life we will have this.
