Beach Challenge: Week 2

Hey guys. I know I've not been blogging here, but I am still writing and taking photos over at my healthy living blog: chasingthenow.wordpress.
So, if anyone wants to hear a daily recap of life you can find it there.
I am still logging into SP daily, though, and logging my food and exercise, as well as reading your blogs!
So, this past week was a total success in my opinion. Zero binge eating (um, Hooray!!!), about 95% of the food consumed was clean, and I worked out 5x this week. Pretty much completely on plan.
The best part? IT WASN'T THAT HARD. I don't know why, but it just wasn't. I think something finally clicked in my brain. And because I've been avoiding all of those processed and sugary foods, I am not craving them either. Wonderful!
Been upping the water, too.

At bellybutton: 32 inches (-1.5)
Hips: 36 inches (-.5)
