Working for my 5K Walk in June

My Weight Watcher Team Leader mailed me a letter after I felt depleted last Monday.

It gave me the boost I needed. I had a chat with my husband....... He is going to be more supportive with me... As long as I do the same for him :) and that is NOT tell him what he should be doing! :) Oh that will be difficult!...... I went to the Doctor on Friday and she put me on a low dose of estrogen... I am hoping that makes me happier :)......... I have been walking this week.... And Tonight....... Drum Roll.

My husband got his GPS out and we rode the bikes for two miles and stopped at home. He recalculated it.. Then we took off on the bikes and did another route that is mile and half............ All I have to do is walk that twice! But basically tonight we did 4 miles on the bike! I am drinking my protein smoothie right now!

Thank you so much for your encouragement......
I saw my Dad today..... As he gave me a hug he said hey skinny!.... That meant he world to me!

    Glad you got the boost you needed and a new goal to aim for.

    Bike riding sounds fun as well as healthy and it's lovely that you can do this as a couple.

    I am training for the WW 5K also. I have my route mapped and am working on increasing my speed, as I know I can do the distance.
