I do feel stronger

Yesterday I changed up my workout with a couple of different dance shows on the fitness on demand channel. When I finished I felt pretty pumped and decided to go out in the yard and rake leaves and weed some of my gardens. I have these banks that I keep working my way down by tearing out the weeds and planting stuff along them. It was the perfect day to get out there and make some progress. I would work for a while and then take a water break, go back to the yard and so on. At one point I was resting and I actually thought to myself, "I Feel Stronger". It was a very good feeling. Now today my back and knee are not telling me the same thing, but for that period of time I was sure I have been making forward steps in getting healthier!
