Photo Food Accountability..

WOW! I am definitely a stress eater! I have an assignment due on Monday on top of normal prep for school so it is a bit of a stressful time for me but I am COMPLETELY organised, am working hard and I have a fridge full of healthy food. I have increased my exercise and therefore my nutritional guidelines have gone up and yet I still went over my recommended calories today! I can only put it down to the fact I have been at home studying all day and I am feeling the stress.
I also (ironically) made today the day I start making myself accountable by taking photos of everything I eat:) (Thanks BJ - I did steal your idea!!) So here is my day of overeating:)
Brekkie = Weetbix, AllBran & 1 cup of hot milk with a pear. And a hot cup of coffee. Can you tell it was cold this morning?
Lunch = Grilled Marmite Cheese Toast & Avocado on Toast. Hardboiled Egg and an Apple.
Dinner = Chicken Thai Green Curry with Broccoli & Red Pepper & Basmanti Rice.
Dessert = Unsweetened Yoghurt with 1/2 a Pear and 2 Dates.
And just when you thought it was all over....
A Cup of Tea and 2 Tim Tams.
Haha I'm not really sure how this is going to work for me but I'm gonna try again tomorrow. Will attempt to make it shorter:)
