This week was pretty successful and I lost half a pound. In the week coming up I am going to focus more on my food and not going over my calorie limit.

I worked out 6 days last week, so I am aiming for the same this week.
WEEK 1: 128.5 (-0)
WEEK 2: 126.28 (-2.22)
WEEK 3: 125.85 (-0.43)

Waist: 27 inches (-2)
At bellybutton: 31 inches (-1)
Hips: 35 inches (-0.5)
L thigh: 22 inches (-0)
