No More Curves

Because of the Cleveland Clinic, I was lucky enough to enjoy three free months at Curves and I really enjoyed the workouts. It ended last week and now I feel kind of lost. When I was going 3-4 times a week, I didn’t think I would miss it when it was over. After all, it’s the same 13 machines (I think that’s the number) and at times could get monotonous. But going did give me structure and I learned a lot about what my body can do. However, the $40.00 monthly fee is a tad too expensive for me. Now it’s back to walking and my stationary bike. Perhaps I’ll look into a few gyms around here. It’s funny how exercise becomes addictive. Just barely a year ago, I said I’d lose the weight without exercise because I hated it that much. Now I’m compelled to go out, move my body and break a sweat every single day!

    Glad that it got you started on working out. You can do even better than Curves on your own. Body weight exercise can be done with no equipment. Resistance bands are cheap and effective. Now, don't stop your routine, just keep on making progress. emoticon
