This is a day late, but better late than never, right? :)

Another kickass week! Worked out 6/7 days. Was within my calorie goals every single day. And I'm feeling leaner and stronger.

MEASUREMENTS:
Waist: 27 inches (-0)
At bellybutton: 31 inches (-0)
Hips: 35 inches (-0)
L thigh: 22 inches (-0)
Bicep: 10.5 inches (+0.5) !!!
