I'm so sorry you are having a bad week. Good for you for trying to feel better by going for a run. I've been turning to junk food lately. I have to do some analyzing of myself and get back on track.

And I agree with you about my tests, I was just down about it because I thought we had finally found the answer to why I've been feeling so yucky for so many years. I'm up for the challenge to find out what is wrong though..it's like my mantra says, Never give up, Never surrender!!!
I'm sorry you've had such a cruddy week emotionally. I can really relate, because I went through that for a period of 2 weeks. I did nothing right as far as eating and exercising goes, and the more I thought about how I was neglecting myself, the worse I felt. But I'm proud of you for going out and going on your run, even if it didn't lift your spirits any.
