Well I ran the Bun Run although I had to walk a bit of it. We ended up running it in the middle of week 6 on the c25k plan. Also my darn foot fell asleep while running and walking didn't help. It felt like a boot was on my foot yet I was unstable. I'm not sure if I will keep running, it seems incredibly hard for me compared to most and I am not discipline or willed enough to run by myself.
I think I may kick my butt into high gear going to jazzercise several times a week. I like that better.
