I am off to get some nice healthy groceries! I've been somewhat bad this week, but somewhat in moderation too. When thinking about how "bad" I was, I realized how good I have been, too. For example, at the buffet yesterday I ate mostly fruit, veggies and protein vs. deserts, etc.
I am almost done for school this year, and only have one yr left till graduation. I want to be super awesome in my graduation gown! :D
I am also getting my girlfriend to exercise with me more, too! So even though I fell off the bandwagon this week, I am going to come back stronger than ever! AND they added new equipment to the gym here besides just weights. So I'm excited to give those a try!.
