Good reminder today

I receive the Healthy reflections email everyday and post a journal entry from it that often times is a reflection of the article. I have had a few that I received when I needed them most. Today was one of those days.
I get on my scale way to often, but I feel it keeps me going in the right direction because it keeps me accountable. I had a great weigh in through the weekend and even Monday morning. Today was another story though. I got on that scale and was not happy with the results.
Today's healthy reflections mentions giving yourself credit for what you have accomplished and not being to blinded by just what you want to accomplish. I really wanted to hit that 30 pound mark this week - I still may, but if not than 28 or 29 pounds is still a great accomplishment.
