I'm sore

I have really been trying to work out more and become the stronger, leaner person that I want to be....but this is hard work!!! Monday I did a Body Pump Class, which I have been doing once a week for the past couple months. After Body Pump is a class called Body Attack. This class reminds me of fast-paced aerobics. I did it but it was REALLY tough. Tuesday I went grocery shopping and then to a meeting. Last night I did Kickboxing and Advanced Abs. I haven't done Kickboxing since my ankle injury last summer. I was proud of myself for completing it but it was definitely a challenge. Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining because the classes are too difficult - I'm mad at myself for letting myself get to this point. I really need to concentrate on becoming stronger and more physically fit! I have an appointment at the chiroparactor to help my aching back.
After graduation this weekend, I should be less busy and more able to dedicate more time to myself. I am ready for summer to get here but would like to look decent in a swimsuit before hitting the water!!

    Hi there - well I saw on a comment that you survived graduation - glad to hear that - lol. I hope everything is going well for you this week. As you can see - once again - I'm playing catch up. I'm so ready for the holiday weekend. Do you have any plans? I just put in to take Friday off as well. I have some things to do around here and my brother is having a big party. I'm hoping to rest a little at some point - we'll see how that goes since I'm not very good at that.

    I'm sore too, but that just means that our muscles are working and we are achieving new strength. Keep up the good work with all of the workout classes.
