I haven't written in quite some time, but since winter weather, I have gained back about 5 pounds . My goal was 145# and I thought it would be a cinch to maintain that. But low and behold my weight just keeps edging up, and I don't over indulge, I didn't think. But, I don't write down everything I eat; like today, I had grapes and an orange for breakfast, and a bowl of dry cheerios, then came lunch time, I was starved. so I fixed 2 slices of 45 calorie bread spread with mayo (Light) a slice of turkey, low fat sliced cheese, lettuce. Devoured that and was still hungry, so I got a strawberry yogurt bar (weight watchers) from the freezer. Then dinner time, I made hamburger on the grill for hubby, and I had half a bun, half a burger, slice of onion, slice of tomato, lettuce. A serving of cooked asparagus on the side. And then, I nibbled in between, so when I write this down, I can see, I'm eating most of the day. But I never sat down to rest , kept busy in garden, and mowing lawn, and trimming the edges with the (wicked) trimmer; which is probably why my back hurts now. Now, writing this , I can see, eating and eating and eating is my major problem! So what else is new. I love to eat!
