Well today i start all of my calorie cycling and exercising. I will be doing these ab and glute and leg workout dvds that seem like they will do really good. i am going to try the ab workout for the first time today and have a high calorie day and tomorrow i will have a low calorie day and just walk with my kids and play with them @ the park......
i hope that I will see some kind of diff. within the next two weeks because if i dont i know for a fact i will get discouraged and quit. Lets see how it goes.... Hoping for the best!!!!
