Good news is motivating

so much to be happy about:
1. my best friend just returned from China with her new baby! Their second child from there.
2.looks like my daughter who just graduatede, may have found a summer job
3. looks like I have found a second job that I really wanted
4. I love my summer job
5. It is summer, eating salad I have cut freash out of my garden and flowers blooming everywhere in my yeard, greeted by the smell of roses every time I step out of my house or come home to it. Being able to exercise outside on the beach
6. I am heading in the right direction to meet all my goals.
