Evaluation at 4 months

This past week was the 4 month mark of me being on SparkPeople. Thursday was my official weigh in day and was also the firs weigh in during those 4 months that I did not have a loss. I did think of my original goals and what I had wanted to lose and since I made those goals I felt ok with these results. When I got the email to move to Stage 4 and read the explanation I felt ready to move.
I feel as if I have made a mental change as well as the physical change that I’m still in the process of making. The mental change is so important to continued success and to moving forward with the healthy living mentality of this program. However, I am aware that there is still much too both my mental and physical improvements and I’m going to be working on these the rest of my life.
In this same week I have also taking on the role as Leader to me Spark Class Team. I received an email from one of the two original leaders that they wanted to step down. Something made me reply that I would do it. I am still trying to think of ways to get the team more locked in and will hopefully succeed with this endeavor. I do feel all alone with leading the team though because I’m not experienced at it and the other leaders are official gone.
I have achieved my goals in weight loss.
I have added more strength and cardio.
I usually eat with calorie range.
I have now taken on a new way to spread the Spark with my leader role.
We will see what is to come!
