approach avoidance tactic is working for me.. ironically enough ;-)

Maybe this approach avoidance thing is helping me out.. I just read a blog I wrote about 6 months ago, I am just estimating that.. dont really feel like calculating it this late at night. anyhoo.. shoot Ive lost even more weight! Still I have no clue how I did it?! but I am not complaining. Its probably slow changes and since I always forget to get on the site It seems like a big deal.. but that helps motivate me I guess... or encourages me.. which ever ;o).

Hope everyone is doing well. just checking in.. mainly because its Marie's birthday in a few days OH and tomorrow is the 2 year anniversary of finding my birthfamily.. or is it 3 years? I think its two... I cant remember.. IT seem like its been a lot longer though. Anyways still it is a blessing and just thrilled ... anyhoo...
