Looking at a lighter schedule

I have finished my summer grad school courses. I am working my summer job and starting a second job on Sunday. I know I will need to schedule my workouts, meals and down time. I cant let my busyness be an excuse for letting things slide. I am losing only a pound a month instead of a pound a week. I am happy I am still losing but know I can do better then this. I am now teaching yoga three times a week so that is a good way to add a little workout.
